Star Wars was and always will be an amazing trilogy for both the "sequels" and the "prequels". And year after year there are just tons of costume choices for all of these amazing characters. From Princess Leah to Hans Solo. And don't get me started on the alien costumes...Whew!
And when the prequels came close to the end, we all fell in love with the young Anakin Skywalker, which if you don't know and you should...becomes Darth Vader. And his costume is way cool. The "replica costume" is very detailed for those that like replica collector costumes. And there are many with Star Wars.
Many kids enjoy the Anakin Skywalker costumes because of the fact that they come in many different styles. Mainly due to where we find Anakin during his training to become a Jedi Knight. There's the young version, the slightly older version and the Anakin just as he is descending to the Dark Side of the force. There is even an "animated" style of the Anakin Skywalker costume... very 3D.
Did you know that in the last Star Wars called Return of the Jedi, and in the 2004 DVD release the ghostly appearance of Sebastian Shaw (who was the old version of Anakin) was replaced digitally with Hayden Christensen? Interesting stuff eh...
I think that you really can't go wrong with Star Wars costumes no matter if you like the girl outfits like Princess Leah, Amidala or the male outfits of Luke Skywalker, Anakin, Hans Solo all of em young or adult.
